Denis Šefik (Serbian Cyrillic: Денис Шефик; born September 20, 1976 in Belgrade, Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is Serbian-Montenegrin water polo player who played for Serbia and Montenegro national team, then for Serbian national team until 2008 and since 2010, for Montenegrin national team. He was a member of the Serbia and Montenegro team at the 2004 Athens Olympics where they won the silver medal and the Serbian team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics where they won bronze.[1] He competed for the Montenegrin team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where they came fourth, losing the bronze medal match to Serbia by one point.[2]
He received a Golden Badge award for the best athlete in Serbia and Montenegro in 2004.
Šefik is 1,98 cm tall, and weighs 120 kg.
Now he plays for a Serbian team VK Radnički.
