Derrington

Derrington is a village near the M6 motorway, lying west of the town of Stafford, in the Stafford District, in the English county of Staffordshire. For population details from the 2011 census see under Seighford. The village lies on the now disused Shropshire Union Railway running from Stafford to Shrewsbury. It has a pub, The Red Lion Inn[1] and a parish church dedicated to St Matthew.[2]

Derrington is also the name of a character in a book called "The Clique".
