Desmond Mayberry

Desmond Rupert "Des" Mayberry (born 27 March 1923) was a South African rower who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics. He was born in South Africa. In 1948 he was a crew member of the South African boat which has never won the medals in the coxless fours events and was the South African participant at age of 25.[1][2][3][4][5]
