Devoleena Bhattacharjee is an actress on Indian television.[1] She is famous for her role as Gopi Ahem Modi from the show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.
Acting career
She joined Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto with NDTV Imagine as Bani. The story is located against a Punjabi backdrop and is based on the lives of five sisters. Devoleena Bhattacharjee played the role of Baani Kaur Dhillon, younger sister of Preeto in the serial. Currently, she plays the role of Gopi is STAR Plus Saath Nibhana Saathiya which was being played by Giaa Manek.[2] As Giaa Manek wanted to participate in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5,[3] she left the show and Devoleena got the chance to play the role. She is paired opposite Ahem Modi (Mohammad Nazim) in the show.
