Dharwad railway station (Station code: DWR) is an railway junction station under Hubli railway division of South Western Railway zone of Indian Railways situated in Dharwad, Karnataka.[1][2]
Dharwad is well connected to Gadag, Bagalkot, Bijapur, Solapur, Bellary, Belgaum, Bangalore, Mumbai, Davangere, Pune, Delhi, Visakhapatnam Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Vijayawada, Mysore on daily basis as well as Tirupati and weekly services to Chennai, Howrah and Thiruvananthapuram.[3]
