Diagonal View is a Multi Channel Network founded in March 2008[2] by Matt Heiman and Steve Carey, together with ITN.[1] It packages content from ITN Source’s archive and syndicates it to a range of commercial partners including MySpace, YouTube and MSN.

Diagonal View has a content library that includes access to ITN’s video archive, containing more than 1.6 million hours of professionally produced broadcast content. Thirty hours of new content is added to this library every day. They also have access to other archives, including Getty Images and WENN Images.

Demand Media was named as the "closest competitor" to the company.[1]

Initially, Diagonal View was run out of the offices of ITN, but eventually they moved into their own office space.[3]

The company plans to create more channels, including one on fashion.[4]
