The whiskered flowerpecker (Dicaeum proprium) is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the island of Mindanao in the Philippines.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss.
