Dichomeris hoplocrates is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1932.[1] It is found in Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu).[2]
The length of the forewings is 6.2-7.5 mm. Adults are similar to Dichomeris enoptrias, but the forewings are shining metallic leaden-blue with well-developed broad longitudinal streaks running obliquely from the anterior margin at one-third to the tornus. There is also a small whitish strigula at three-fourth the anterior margin.[3]
The larvae feed on Duchesnea chrysantha, Rubus sieboldii and Rubus buergeri.
