Air Chief Marshal Dick Cuthbert Perera VSV, NDC, PSC was the 6th Commander of the Sri Lankan Air Force. He was appointed on 1 May 1981 until 30 April 1985. He was succeeded by Andibuduge Fernando. In 2007, he attained the rank of Air Chief Marshal.[1]
