Didier Bassamagne Moundoubou (born 21 February 1990) is a Cameroonian footballer who plays for Dhofar S.C.S.C. in Oman Professional League.[1]

Club career

Youth career

Born and raised in Yaoundé, Cameroon, Didier began his footballing career in 2007 with Sport Étude where he played till 2010.

Cameroon

Didier began his professional footballing career in 2010 with his parent club, Sport Étude. Later in 2010, he began representing Pathos Sports Academy.

In 2011, he moved to Garoua where he signed a one-year contract with Elite One side, Coton Sport FC de Garoua.[2] He scored 15 goals in 20 appearances for the Garoua-based side.

Algeria

He first moved out of Cameroon in 2012 to Algeria where on 15 January 2013, he signed a short term contract with Algerian giants, ES Sétif of Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1.[3][4] He scored 10 goals in 15 appearances for the Sétif-based side.

Back to Cameroon

Later in 2013, he moved back to Cameroon, where he signed a short-term contract with another Elite One side, Union Douala.[5]

Oman

Didier Bassamagne Moundoubou - 2015–16 Oman Professional League

In 2014, he again moved out of Cameroon and this time to the Middle East and more accurately to Oman where he signed a two-year contract with Oman First Division League side, Mirbat SC. In his two-year spell with the Mirbat-based club, he scored 28 goals in 38 appearances.

On January 26 2016, he signed a short-term contract with Omani giants, Dhofar S.C.S.C. He made his Oman Professional League debut on 26 January 2016 in a 1-0 win over local rivals, Salalah SC.[6]
