The Diestoceratidae comprises a family in the nautiloid cephalopod order Oncocerida with compressed, straight to faintly endogastic breviconic shells with a marginal siphuncle that contains discrete, irregular actinosphonate deposits.
The Diestoceratidae contains five known genera. They are:
- Diestoceras
- Danoceras
- Dowlingoceras
- Lockholmoceras
- Suttonoceras
