Dimacrodon is an extinct genus of non-mammalian synapsid from the Lower Permian of Texas. Originally described as an anomodont therapsid by Olson & Beerbower (1953) and Olson (1962), it lack any diagnostic features of anomodonts and rather represents pelycosaur-grade synapsids.[1]
