The Roman Catholic Diocese of Oeiras (Latin: Dioecesis Oeirensis) is a diocese located in the city of Oeiras in the Ecclesiastical province of Teresina in Brazil.

- 16 December 1944: Established as Diocese of Oeiras from the Diocese of Piaui
- 8 December 1977: Renamed as Diocese of Oeiras–Floriano
