Diversity in computing

Computer science is one of the STEM fields, (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), and like many STEM fields, it has a problem maintaining a strong and diverse STEM pipeline.[1] Since 2009, when the number of undergraduate computer science (CS) graduates hit a low, there have been many efforts to increase the supply to meet an ever-increasing demand.[2]
