He is a trained DJ by the Midnight Blues Camp. He is also one of the first and foremost Indian DJs to be Certified by music equipment’s brand Pioneer Corporation, Japan. He is a certified Music Production Professional from BeatFactory Academy. Adx specializes in producing Urban Desi Music and is also the owner of India’s first Desi Hip-Hop Crew Nau Sau Bai[3] aka 922; to have a track played on Indian mainstream television channels followed by a full length interview on PTC Punjabi and BBC Asian Network.[4]

Musical career

He started his Musical Journey as a DJ by playing at Private Parties and Clubs and started making Bootleg Recordings in early 2000s despite of family support. After seeing too much competition in DJing field he took his musical passion to the next level by learning Music Production and making Mainstream music.

2008-09

Adx, while DJing at a club met King-P who was a promoter and wanted to form a group of Indian Rappers and Hip-Hop DJs. Both gave birth to a group called Hip-Hop Mafiaz, the group included Adx, Bir, Golu, Ikka, JB, Max(Now Raftaar), Nifty, O-Positive, DJ Notorious Sid and King-P. The group was renamed as D-Soldierz later on. After hosting numerous Hip-Hop events and song recordings, D-Soldierz started to disband as some members started having payment issues.

2009-12

After leaving D-Soldierz, Adx joined BeatFactory Academy for increasing his skills as a Music Producer. There on, he formed Nau Sau Bai with 2 of his old mates from D-Soldierz, namely Ikka & JB. 922(aka Nau Sau Bai) after recording their first studio track, Tumbi Ridin Gangstas, produced by Adx, went onto get signed by Gaurav Dayal(Owner of BeatFactory Academy and BeatFactory Music). 922 was also featured on Universal Music India's album #1s Sher-E-Punjabi[5] on a track titled Sher-E-Punjab alongside Bollywood singer Mika Singh. Later, 922 released their self-titled track called Nau Sau Bai Anthem on Universal Music India's first Hip-Hop Mixtape titled Desi Hustle[6] and the track was reported viral, online as well as on Indian Mainstream Music channels. The group was invited for an Interview on PTC Punjabi, in First Look Programme and was also interviewed by Bobby Friction on BBC Asian Network. Later 922 released their first album on BeatFactory Music titled We The Movement, which was solely produced by Adx and became an instant hit amongst the youth.

2012-13

Unfortunately, like many other bands Nau Sau Bai couldn't stick together either and was disbanded in 2012 due to personal issues. Later in 2012, Adx released the Biggest Indian Mixtape, titled "BreakOut"[7] which earned him loads of street cred as the mix-tape featured some of the elite Rappers from all over India. Hosted on DatPiff and DesiHipHop.com. Later in 2013, Adx released his first commercial production "Patiala On The Rocks" featuring GRV which became an instant regional hit. Same year also saw the release of his dance track "Tenu Labda Fira" featuring Rigul Kalra. In Late 2013, 922 Anthem was featured in Hollywood movie Gravity.[8]

2014

In 2014, "Dont Go Away" was released on Billionaire Music, Indeep Bakshi's Music Label, of "Saturday Saturday" Fame featuring Aman Khanna, produced by Adx.

2015

2015 saw the next level of production by Adx in the form of hugely popular Haryanvi Track Badlaav featuring the Haryanvi singing sensation SB-The Haryanvi and in mid 2015 both Adx and SB released another smash hit titled Skirt Aali Ragni in a Haryanvi Hip-Hop Avatar. Also in 2015, Adx participated in the worldwide collaboration titled #HipHopIsHipHop[9] which is a Hip Hop version of "We Are The World" charity single and it included 14 rappers from 14 different countries expressing their love for Hip-Hop in their own languages and styles. All profits from the track were donated to children's education through UNICEF.
