Djoomart Kaipovich Otorbaev (born 18 August 1955) was the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan and he has served as the Finance Minister prior to his appointment.[1] On 25 March 2014 he replaced Zhantoro Satybaldiyev as acting prime minister until a new government was formed.[2] On 3 April 2014 he was officially named prime minister.[3][4] On 23 April 2015 he resigned.[5]
