Dmitri Serikov

Dmitri Serikov is the current Vice Premier of Abkhazia. Serikov was appointed by President Raul Khajimba on 8 April 2015, succeeding Viktor Khilchevski and Suren Kerselyan, as the numbers of Vice Premiers was reduced from two to one.[1] Until then, Serikov had been Aquafon Deputy Director General of Operations.
