Dominga Ortiz Orzúa

Dominga Ortiz Orzúa (November 1, 1792 - December 31, 1875) was the wife of Venezuelan President José Antonio Páez and three-time First Lady of the republic.[1] She was born in Canaguá, Barinas in 1792 and died in Caracas in 1875. She had two children, Manuel A. Páez and María del Rosario Páez de Llamosas.
