Dotcom-Monitor is a privately held company that was founded in 1998 by Vadim Mazo, in Spring Park, Minnesota, United States.[2] Vadim Mazo currently serves as CTO.[3] Dotcom-Monitor provides a software as a service (SaaS) that simulates real-user internet connections and transactions [4] while reducing down time and optimizing performance and user experience.[5]

- The UserView Monitoring™ - helps online web applications infrastructure components to establish and maintain user experience from an external perspective.[6]
- The ServerView Monitoring - lets you monitor and check information locally on your server[7]
- The BrowserView Monitoring - a website speed testing solution [8]
- MetricsView Monitoring - monitors internal components for servers and network appliances such as: Central Processing Units(CPU), memory, disk, bandwidth, Microsoft Performance Counters, and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). MetricsView monitors for specific values set by the user and sends alerts when monitoring detects values that have fallen outside a range specified by the user.[9]
- LoadView Stress Testing is a web application stress testing service that provides an external "user experience" perspective on web application user capacity using worldwide testing locations.[10]
