Double hold'em

Double Texas Hold'em (or also called Tahoe) is a card game played in four stages, each with a betting round; 1) each player is dealt three hole cards, 2) there's a flop where three board community cards are simultaneously opened and each player establishes a middle common card that plays with each of the other cards, but the outer cards don’t play with each other (each player has two 2-card hands), 3) a fourth turn community card is opened, and 4) a fifth river community card is opened. After the final a betting round, the pot is disbursed to the hand’s winner or winners in instances of a tie.[1][2][3]

Starting hands

Because there are three cards dealt to each player, there are (52 × 51 x 50) ÷ (3 x 2) = 22,100 distinct possible combinations of three cards from a standard 52-card deck.
