Dato' Sri Douglas Uggah Embas (born 28 July 1955) is a Malaysian politician. He is currently the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Betong constituency in Sarawak, representing the United Traditional Bumiputera Party (PBB). He is the Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities in the Barisan Nasional government.[1]

Uggah was appointed to the Cabinet after the 2008 election, to replace Azmi Khalid as Minister for Natural Resources and Environment.[2] He had previously served in non-Cabinet government posts such as Deputy Minister for Transport,[3] and Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister.[4] After the 2013 election, he was appointed as Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities under the new Cabinet of Prime Minister Najib Razak.[5]
