Down and Out in PARIS and LONDON is the fifth studio album released by progressive rock group The Tangent. This is the band's first album to feature a 100% British lineup. The album was released on November 16, 2009.
There is also a special edition of the album, which includes an extra track.
This album is not to be confused with the work of the same name by George Orwell.
