Draya Michele[1] (born January 23, 1985) is an American television personality. She was one of the main cast members in the VH1 reality series Basketball Wives LA since its premiere in 2010.
Early life
Andraya Michele Howard was born in and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. She is of Afro-American and Italian descent.
Career
Draya Michele stars in Basketball Wives LA, a reality series that follows the wives, ex-wives, and girlfriends of professional basketball players.
She launched her own clothing line "Fine Ass Girls" and her swim suit line "Mint Swim" in 2013.[2]
Personal life
She is a native of Eastern Pennsylvania. She started dating NFL player Orlando Scandrick in January 2013 while filming Basketball Wives LA. The couple announced their engagement in 2015. She confirmed they broke up in January 2016, while being pregnant, only to get back together two weeks later.[3]
