Dryomyza anilis is a common fly from the family Dryomyzidae. It has recently been placed back in the genus Dryomyza, of which it is the type species, having been more widely known as Neuroctena anilis.[1]
Distribution
This is a Holarctic fly. occurring from Canada and many northern states of the United States in the Nearctic, and very widespread Palearctic found from the United Kingdom to Japan.[1]
