Duane R. Hall II is Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, serving since 2013. Hall is also a real estate attorney, and in 2013 sponsored a successful bill that encouraged mediation between landlords and homeowners associations.^[2] Hall has been a major critic of a 2013 North Carolina voter I.D. law that was passed following Shelby County v. Holder.^[3]

Representative Hall is currently considering forming an exploratory committee for U.S. Senate to oppose Sen. Richard Burr. Hall is a strong critic of Senator Burr's positions on our military and veterans. Representative Hall is a strong advocate of working class North Carolinians.
