Dubai World Central Residential City is the residential development currently under construction in Dubai World Central. Phase II will Spread over an area of 184 hectares of land, it will be DRC's largest phase, upon completion it will be able to accommodate 53,000 people. The whole Dubai World Central City will accommodate 250,000 people and an estimated employers more than 20,000. The development will endow schools, hospitals, health care centres, religious facilities, post offices, police stations, civil defence and public libraries.
Transportation
Residential City will be linked to the light rail system, which will run along residential City's main spine, serving both the eastern and western edges of the city. Apart from light rail Dubai World Central will also be connected by roads networks.
