Dustin James Wathan (born August 22, 1973 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American former professional baseball player and current manager of the Reading Phillies, the Class-AA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies in the Eastern League. A catcher, Wathan played in Major League Baseball for the Kansas City Royals in 2002.

In 2007, Wathan was a member of the Philadelphia Phillies organization and played for the Reading Phillies and Ottawa Lynx. He was the final out recorded in Lynx history, after grounding out to end the 2007 Lynx season which would go down as their final one. Wathan retired at the end of the 2007 season and is currently managing the Reading Phillies.

His father is former Major League Baseball player and manager John Wathan, and his brother is former minor league baseball player Derek Wathan.
