Dynamite Dan II: Dr Blitzen and the Islands of Arcanum is the sequel to the Dynamite Dan. It was written by Rob Bowkett (ZX Spectrum) and Keith Goodyer (Amstrad CPC) and published by Mirrorsoft for the ZX Spectrum and the Amstrad CPC 1986.
Critical reaction
CRASH gave a 93% review[1] and Your Sinclair rated it 9 out of 10.[2] Reviewers were impressed with the graphical and sound effect improvements over the original game, and the fun gameplay.
The game won the award for best platform game of the year according to the readers of Crash magazine.[3]
