EMER K is a designation for two completely unrelated assault rifles currently in use in Burma as the EMER K-1 and EMER K-3. The EMER K-1 is a 5.56×45mm NATO bullpup rifle. The EMER K-3 is a licensed copy of the IMI Galil.
Design
EMER K-1 is manufactured by EMEC and Myanmar Heavy Industries (MHI). Little is known about the design except the bull-pup layout.[1]
