Euchloe penia, the Eastern Greenish Black-tip is a butterfly in the Pieridae family. It is found in the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria and northern Iraq.[1] The habitat consists of dry and warm rocky areas.
The wingspan is 32–36 mm.[2] Adults are bright greenish off-yellow.[3] There are two generations per year, with adults on wing in April and from June to July.[4]
The larvae feed on Matthiola tessela and Matthiola fruticulosa.[5]
