Ectoedemia rosiphila is a moth of the Nepticulidae family. It was described by Puplesis in 1990.[1] It is known from Kazakhstan and Tadzhikistan.[2][3]
The larvae feed on Rosa fedtschenkoana. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
