Edenic diet

The Edenic diet is a vegan diet believed by practitioners to have been followed by Adam and Eve in the biblical Book of Genesis.

English-speaking advocates

The Reverend Sylvester Graham (1794–1851) was a proponent, advocating a diet without meat—especially pork—shellfish, fatty sauces, spices, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, condiments, and alcohol.[1]
