Edmund Byng, 6th Earl of Strafford
Edmund Henry Byng, 6th Earl of Strafford (27 January 1862 – 24 December 1951), styled Viscount Enfield between 1899 and 1918, was an English peer.
Byng was the second son (the first having died in infancy) of Reverend Francis Byng, 5th Earl of Strafford and Florence Louisa Miles (1840–1862), daughter of Sir William Miles, 1st Baronet, who died giving birth to him. He was a County Alderman in Middlesex and Hertfordshire.
Lord Strafford married Mary Elizabeth Colebrooke, daughter of Sir Thomas Colebrooke, 4th Baronet and had two daughters. Upon his death in 1951, he was succeeded by his nephew, Robert Cecil Byng, 7th Earl of Strafford.
