Edmund Cowan

Edmund K. Cowan (born 1937) is a Sierra Leonean politician. He was the speaker of Parliament of Sierra Leone until 2007. He represented the Sierra Leone People's Party.[1] He was subsequently appointed as the country's Ombudsman.[2][3]
