Fred Edward Didymus (13 April 1886 – ?) was an English footballer who played as a centre-forward for Portsmouth, Northampton Town, Blackpool, and Port Vale in the 1900s.
Playing career
Didymus played for home town club Portsmouth (Western League) and then Southern League side Northampton Town, before joining Blackpool in 1909. He played three Second Division games for the "Seasiders" in the 1909–10 season.[2] In November 1910 he joined North Staffordshire & District League side Port Vale, making his debut in a 2–2 draw at Congleton Town on 26 November 1910.[1] He scored four goals in a 9–0 win over Goldenhill Catholics on 2 December, before departing the club at the end of the year.[1]
