Edwin Gräupl

Edwin Gräupl (* 1941 in Villach, Carinthia) is an Austrian professor and former Lieutenant of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre in Austria



Career

Having completed his studies in mathematics and physics at the University of Innsbruck he started teaching at the Akademisches Gymnasium Salzburg. In 1981 he became a professor at the University of Education Salzburg. Two years later, in 1983, he was appointed school inspector for the province of Salzburg, a position he held until his retirement in 2001. Following his investiture into the Order of the Holy Sepulchre in 1990, he was appointed Lieutenant for the Austrian chapter of said Order by Cardinal Carlo Furno in 2000. In addition, he was designated a member of the School Commission of the Grand Magisterium. [1]
