Effects: Magazine for New Art Theory
Tricia Collins and Richard Milazzo co-published and co-edited the art magazine Effects : Magazine for New Art Theory from 1982 to 1984 in New York City.[1][2] All issues were offset-printed staple bound 27.7 x 21.3 cm.
