EiQ Networks, Inc. is a Boston-based security software-as-a-service (SaaS) company focused on information security and compliance objectives.[1] EiQ Networks’ origins are in analysis of log files across web servers, file servers, firewalls and other network devices,[2] but moved into the security information and event management (SIEM) market.[3]

EiQ Networks, Inc. was founded in 2001. EiQ Networks’ global headquarters are in Boston, Massachusetts, with additional in Hyderabad, India. EiQ Networks is a closely held private company. The company completed its first institutional round raising $10 million in January 2009 led by Venrock.[4] The company received an additional $2 million in September 2010[5] and also raised $750,000 in debt financing in June 2012.[6] Santa Monica-based Arrowroot Capital invested into EiQ Networks in 2014, and the Company has since experienced substantially higher growth rates driven by the ramp-up in the company's inside sales organization. [7] EiQ Networks was co-founded by Vijay Basani and Jay Reddy. Prior to founding EiQ Networks, Basani and Reddy co-founded WebManage Technologies, which was acquired by NetApp in 2000.[8]
