Eilika of Saxony (c. 1080 – 16 January 1142) was the younger daughter of Magnus, Duke of Saxony and Sophia (married 1071), a daughter of Béla I of Hungary. After the death of her father, she became the heiress of Werben and the Palatinate of Saxony. She married Count Otto of Ballenstedt and was the mother of Albert the Bear and Adelheid, who married Henry II, Margrave of the Nordmark.
