Elatobia montelliella is a moth of the Tineidae family. It is found in Finland, as well as North America where has been recorded from Alberta and Utah.
The wingspan is 16–22 mm. The forewings are greyish black with a brownish hue, sparsely strewn with pale scales and with a blackish spot at the outer margin of the discal cell.[1]
