Elis Doksani (born 5 July 1998 in Fier) is an Albanian professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for Bylis Ballsh in the Albanian Superliga and the Albania under-19 national team. His first debut in the Albanian Superliga came on 12 December 2015, when Bylis Ballsh draw against FK Partizani.[1][2][3][4]
