Emagine is an Australian software and services company. It offers real-time adaptive contextual marketing software [1] and managed marketing services for communication service providers (CSPs) around the world. Its stated aim is to “enable telecommunications carriers globally to reduce churn and increase customer revenue”.
Emagine focuses on Customer Value Management (CVM) - the practice of understanding and maximising the value of each individual customer through ongoing, tailored interactions.
Emagine's marketing platforms are based on big data analysis and machine learning techniques. It aims to help CSPs meet the need to react within milliseconds to customer activity on their networks - a concept which it refers to as "fast data".

History
Emagine was founded in 1998 by David Peters, who is the CEO. The company is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with additional offices in the Dubai, UAE; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Lagos, Nigeria. In 2001 Emagine raised an undisclosed amount of capital with a group of local investors including VC Smarter Capital, an Australian venture capital firm backed by Australian entrepreneur Steve Killelea.
