Reception
Critical response
Reviews praised visuals and set location but criticised characters, plot, mythology premise, abrupt ending, limited portrayal of Victor Webster, and overreliance on female nudity/sexuality, noting it as weak compared to the original and oversimilar to the Twilight film series, with Hinnendael possibly plagiarising Kristen Stewart. It has received an aggregate score of 10% on Rotten Tomatoes.[1]
