José Emilio Guerra Rodríguez (born 15 March 1982 in Vélez-Málaga, Andalusia) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Romanian club FC Academica Clinceni as a forward.

Guerra played ten Segunda División games with CD Castellón, for which he signed in February 2010 at nearly 28 years of age,[1] but spent the vast majority of his career in the lower leagues of his country. His twin brother, Javier, was also a footballer and a forward, and represented mainly Real Valladolid.[2]
