Emma Miloyo is a Kenyan architect. She is the first woman to chair the Architectural Association of Kenya Architects' Chapter.[1]
Biography
Emma Miloyo was born and raised in Nairobi .[2] Currently, she is a partner at the architectural firm, Design Source[3] which is based in Nairobi.[4] She is also on the Konza Technology City Board.[5] In 2015, she became the vice-president of the Architectural Association of Kenya.[2] Miloyo is interested in inspiring young women to see architecture as a viable career option.[6] In order to support young people, she volunteers her time to help girls in poverty attend school through the Ex-Bomarian Education Trust Fund.[7]
