Louis Emmanuel Dupaty (31 July 1775, Blanquefort, Gironde – 30 July 1851, Paris) was a French playwright, naval officer, singer, journalist and administrator of the Bibliothèque de l'Arsenal. His brother was the sculptor Louis Dupaty.
