Emory Healthcare is the largest healthcare system in the state of Georgia.,[3] United States. Emory Healthcare is a multidisciplinary academic medical organization comprising seven hospitals, the Emory Clinic and more than 200 provider locations.[4] The Emory Healthcare Network, established in 2011, is the largest clinically integrated network in Georgia with more than 1,800 physicians concentrating in 70 different subspecialties. In 2013, Emory Healthcare launched its new brand logo, and tagline, “We’re all in this together.”

Emory Clinic

Emory Clinic is the outpatient physician practice of the Emory Healthcare system. Emory Clinic is the largest, most comprehensive system for adult health care in Georgia with more than 1,280 specialists, 19 specialty centers and 11 clinic locations throughout the state.[5]

Emory Healthcare also has relationships with the area's Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Grady Memorial Hospital.[6] On February 9, 2015, Emory University and WellStar Health System announced discussions for new, unified health system. The strategic intent is to combine the significant healthcare resources of Emory Healthcare and WellStar Health System in order to create a new, innovative healthcare environment with the best of community-based care and the best of academic medicine.[7]
