Enfants & Developpement
Enfants & Developpement (E&D) - charitable non-governmental organization supporting children in need in France and all over the world. Established in 1984 as "SOS Children of Cambodia" being the first permanently presented NGO in Cambodia.
Gradually the E&D activities expanded to Laos, Vietnam, the Philippines, Nepal,[1] Sri Lanka, Burkina Faso and France.
The Organization works in the spheres of child health care, education, general living conditions, preventing violence.

- Program for parental and maternal education in rural areas
- Program for development integrated to rural areas ("Outlook for the Future")
- Program for development and family follow-up in periurban settings
- Support for basic health services in the district of Kirivong
- Program for development integrated in Stung Mean Chey and Dangkaor (1993–2003), finished.
