Eng Kong
Eng Kong is a private residential suburb in Bukit Timah, Singapore. Generally built on rolling hills, the estate has been established in the 1960s. Well known residents include previous Environment Minister, Ahmad Mattar and MP for Bukit Timah GRC, Mdm Yu-Foo Yee Shoon. A large number of residents in the estate are in the teaching profession.
The suburb offers easy access to the city and by 2015, the Downtown line is expected to bring added convenience to the residents of Eng Kong.
