Enrique Finot

Enrique Finot

Enrique Finot was a Bolivian historian[1] writer, editor, and diplomat.[2] He served as foreign minister under Colonel David Toro and during the period of his nationalizing Standard Oil.[3] He has been described as conservative.[4]
